Nine years on the builder's side first

Renata Quintero spent 2006 to 2015 in builders’ sales offices around Phoenix, writing lot contracts and pricing option sheets for buyers who had only ever seen their homesite at noon.

In 2015 she switched sides and opened Stackly in a two-desk suite off Camelback Road, working for buyers only. Joel opened Las Vegas in 2017, Marisol came over from a San Antonio design studio in 2019, and Silas brought a title officer’s eye for contracts to Boise in 2021.

Lot

We stand on each homesite you’re weighing and line the premiums up against the plat map.

Framing

A pre-drywall walk with your inspector and your option sheet, with photos that evening.

Finishes

A running upgrade total through your design appointment, so the final sheet holds no surprises.

Move-in

A final walk with blue tape, then the warranty walk in month eleven.
